I enjoy money, analysis, researching and coming up with new ideas, which career should I pursue?

I currently work in business (I am a marketing exec) because i find business exciting, I like money and I consider marketing being creative. However, I feel I have no space to express the best of my qualities; I have always had top grades and won scholarships at uni due to my ideas and outstanding analytical and research skills, I believe. Multi-tasking and fast-paced are two words that do not work out very well with me and this is what is mainly required in business. I thought about gaining a PHD but I am not sure if I can get good money with that once finished... I feel confused, should I contact a career/life coach? Is that useful? Thank you
