What would you do/say?

I belong to a co-ed community service on campus. I am on the exec board. I never get the invites on fb for social events, but I get the ones for service events. I've talked to them about this and nothing has changed. Today, it is freezing cold and I got up at 6am, took a bus, and a train, and walked, and waited 20 min for a service project we were supposed to do off campus. When I didn't see anyone. I called the girl that was supposed to be driving us there and she said it was canceled and she sent a text message. I received no text message but was so upset I told her I'd see her Tues., thanked her, and hung up. No one else was there that I could see. She then sends a text minutes later, saying the one she sent didn't go through and that it was canceled. This isn't the first time this has happened with them.
