What are my chances of getting into University of Delaware?

I'm a sophomore in highschool with a 4.3 gpa (didn't take psat's/sat's yet). I'm in Exec. Council, KEY Club, Stand Tall Club, Venture Crew, and probably NHS. I'm taking two AP's next year (Bio and Calculus) and three AP's senior year (Chem, Physics, and Stat). Do I have a good shot at getting accepted? I want to major in Chemical Engineering if that helps. Thanks!
