I worry too much about money - help?

i worry about money ALOT. but i Have money. i am very careful with money but lets say for example if my friends share money to buy something and incase a freind even borrows a small amount i dont REST untill i get my money back. incase i buy the wrong product and the salesman refuses to refund the money i WORRY WORRY wishing i was more careful. this doesnt happen often but when it does i cant get it out of my head and i suffer. i have money too, i donate money to charities too , its just that i cant handle even a small issue going wrong related to money. ps. i grew up with my mum always talking about money and how i should be careful etc. is this why?
