I am very sorry:( Well before I help, did you talk to your mom about how you feel?? That's probably the number one most thing to do. Anyways, if you already tried that, tell your mom that you can't take the pain of her ignoring everyone anymore! Tell her that she has 2 kids to care about, and that you happy like you told us that she is happy, but that it doesn't mean she can ignore you like this. I am sorry and I hope I helped. Also about the money issue, with the sob story and stuff, tell her what you told us, that you had been sabing up the money, and that she isn't treating you like a mother should treat a daughter.
