Anyone have any advice for bedbugs please!!!!?

About 6 months ago my parents split and my dad rented a small house and bought some sketchy used furnature from a used salesman... Ever sence we've had bed bugs, my parents recently got back together and we are all living in my dads rented house. We are all moving back to our house soon what should we do?! It costs like 3,000$ to have an exterminator to come in, should we just junk all of our furnature (junk anyways) and bomb all our electronics, these are some nasty bugs.. any advice?
