Can i get into a GOOD college?

SAT scores below a 700 (2100+ combined, for the SAT I) will put Dartmouth and MIT out of reach for you, I'm afraid - and the two years of foreign language might be a problem. That said, if you can get the testing issues under control (and I'd very much recommend you consider some prep classes or tutoring, because it'd be a shame for that to hold you back), I wouldn't be afraid to add some more ambitious schools to the list. You might also want to consider some liberal arts schools that aren't quite as competitive as Dartmouth but are similar in atmosphere and have a reputation for looking at an applicant's whole profile, not just the stats.
