They'll take the deal, but not how you explained it, first you can't offer what's not yours, the 2322, it belongs to the bank, you still owe them that amount. as for the 2678, your car maybe worth that much or less. so you actually giving 2500 down payment, whatever take home price you taking, add the 2321 on top of that, you still owe that, no matter what. Just don't be taken for a ride. That's why there are tons of dealers, it's great business to get extra money from customers. Good luck.
