Who is in the wrong the salesman or the mechanic?

i juz bought a car and it start to have a problem, so i call up my saleman and told him about the problem, and he told me to go to his car shop for repair and he paid for the repair, but the car got worest,so i call him up about the problem and he told me he will not paid for the other cost so what can i do
