Canon L-Series Lens Question?

I have been tracking the price of this over a year. The price of this is all time lowest now. I am not very sure if the price might still go down. I got it for 542 USD 3 months back. The prices of these lens fell after canon announced some discount. But even after the discount period is over, The prices have not gone up.
