Do religious people have quotas to meet?

I would not be surprised about the quota thing. Some people feel goals are important, and evangelistic people may feel that they will be guilty if they know a way out of hell and do not tell absolutely everyone about the way. Put another way, rather than loving each other, they may be loving total strangers.
