Should I switch jobs? decent pay not enough hours.?

Hi first off thank you all for taking time to read this. I could really use some opinions from everyone. Well to start I am currently employed as a martial arts instructor. making 12 dollars an hour and also 10 dollars an hour while doing other work in our facility such as fitness things ect. When i first started I was on salary and very happy without any benefits at all such as health insurance ect. I recently got taken off salary and had my hours cut down very low with still no benefits, I have been searching for jobs and got an interview with a new and used subaru dealership for a salesman position and I scored the job. this is a nationwide dealership and I would have great benefits, I do not know how the pay or commision works but this job almost sounds to good to be true. I would like to sell cars and hopefully make more money as I am gettin almost no hours 25 or less a week, so anything sounds better especially for being 20 years old. so my question is should i switch i dont see my hours at my current job going up, how is being a new and used car salesman? as long as I make money I am happy. I am told I have a very great personality and easy to carry a long conversation with. as well as my interviewer says that I have the perfect personality to sell cars. any thoughts on if this is a good idea to switch? thank you all very much I know this is a long post , but I appreciate your help
